Jenny Chen Pediatric and Family Dentistry is a West Grove, PA-based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. Jenny Chen Lemper D.M.D., PH.D.

Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry

Dr. Jenny Chen Lemper initially graduated as a dentist in Beijing, China in 1993. She went on to work as a visiting scientist in Australia and then came to America to earn her Ph.D. in Experimental Pathology at the University of Texas medical school in 2000, where she learned to be a critical thinker and researcher.

Her love of dentistry never being far from the surface, she decided to devote her life to the profession and obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2004. After several years honing her skills as an associate dentist at busy practices in Philadelphia, she moved to Chester County to open her own practice, Jenny Chen Pediatric and Family Dentistry.

Dr. Jenny is proficient in all aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, pediatric dentistry, extractions, root canal therapy, dentures, and crown and bridge. Dr. Jenny follows the latest advances in dental technology and constantly implements new services and technology into the practice. Her practice philosophy is "anxiety-free dental care for the whole family."

Dr. Chen spends her spare time enjoying golfing and traveling with her kids.

Ahmad F. Charkas B.D.S., D.D.S.

CAGS Orthodontics, FRCDC Board Certified

Dr. Charkas has completed his DDS degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. On completion, he practiced as a general dentist for three years in Michigan. After gaining experience in general dentistry, he completed his orthodontic residency in Jacksonville, FL. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Charkas has specialized training in a wide array of orthodontic techniques, from standard braces to Invisalign, for both children and adults.

As a new patient, Dr. Charkas will evaluate your orthodontic needs and work with you to plan your orthodontic future. He will help you select the right orthodontic treatment suitable to your lifestyle: traditional metal braces, ceramic braces, invisible braces (Invisalign), self-ligating brackets, and more. He will address all your questions and concerns. Photographs, X-rays, and impressions of the teeth will be taken and a comprehensive treatment plan will be established.

Dr. Robert Delie DMD

Specialist in Periodontics, Implants

Robert A Delie DMD, MDS, earned his doctorate degree in medical dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh. After finishing a general practice residency and five years of clinical practice, he returned to the University of Pittsburgh to complete a dental specialty program in periodontics with an additional master's degree in dental science. A periodontist with 20 years of clinical dentistry and teaching experience, he currently practices implant dentistry and periodontics in Philadelphia, King of Prussia, and Allentown, PA. Dr. Delie has provided clinical post-graduate instruction as a faculty instructor and previous program director of Sacred Heart Hospital's GPR as well as adjunct faculty at Temple University, Kornberg School of Dentistry Department of Periodontics. Dr. Delie balances his clinical practice with education, research, and professional organization. He has lectured on implant dentistry and periodontal surgery. He also participates in clinical research with the National Dental Practice-Base Research Network.

Dr. Rhama EINaghy

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)

Dr. EINaghy is an accomplished orthodontist with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Detroit Mercy, along with Fellowships in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She also holds a Certificate of Specialty and post-graduate degrees in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. EINaghy is a subspecialist in Craniofacial, Surgical, and Special Care Orthodontics from Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Medical Center. She has extensive experience with complex cases, providing efficient and comprehensive care with a focus on patient-centered communication and comfort.

She is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and the International Association for Dental Research/American Association for Dental and Craniofacial Research. She is highly involved with the American Cleft-Palate Craniofacial Association and serves on the Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal Specialty Review Board.

Dr. EINaghy has published several scientific articles in top-ranked peer-reviewed journals, and she lectures nationally and internationally. She is also a peer reviewer of scientific articles submitted for publication to top journals including the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, International Orthodontics, Journal of Evidence-Based Dental Practice, Clinical Oral Investigations, and Scientific Reports.

Dr. EINaghy comes from a family of physicians and dentists, so she has been always familiar with the medical/dental field. Outside of work, Dr. EINaghy enjoys traveling, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
